Terms of Hire...
We are unable to hire out any equipment or tools unless the following terms of hire have been satisfied.
Proof of identity is required on all hires and must include current residential address i.e. Driving licence or Passport and Utility Bill within the last 3 months
If equipment is damaged while on hire the full cost of repairs or replacement will be added to your bill and your deposit will not be refunded until an estimate for replacement or repair has been received. There is an optional indemnity charge of 15% of the hire which will waive any charges up to 25% of the retail value of the item. We will retain your deposit until a cost of reparation has been received.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
We do not currently deliver, but if we do have a van available, we may be able to arrange this at an additional cost. Items must be returned by 10am on the morning the hire ends, a surcharge will be charged of £5 per hour after 10am unless previously agreed
All electrical equipment is periodically professionally tested and inspected after each hire.
You will be offered to undertake a full instruction on the safe use of the equipment being hired as well as being advised of the correct Personal Protection Equipment to purchase, it is up to the hirer to accept the instruction and PPE advised.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all equipment is comprehensively insured against loss, theft and damage while out on hire
